Before you complete your entry, we recommend you to take a look at the questions you will be asked and prepare your answers in advance in a Word (or similar) document.  You should then copy and paste your answers into the online form. This online submission webiste WILL NOT function properly otherwise. Cookies MUST be enabled for this site to function properly (How to enable cookies).

There are four simple stages to completing your entry online:

Step 1: Your details (you will be asked to enter information about yourself and your business/group/organisation)
Step 2: Choose category (there are seven categories to choose from and you may enter more than one)
Step 3: Questions (this is where you will copy and paste your answers)
Step 4: Submit entry (once you have completed the questions, your entry will be submitted)

If you experience any technical difficulties with this site, please ensure the follwoing criteria are met:-
